Our Team
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and oil & gas industries since 1994, we bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to every project.
Our founder is a seasoned civil engineer, project manager, testified quantum expert witness, and advisor in construction claims, disputes, and contracts, with 30 years of global industry experience on projects in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Our expertise spans a wide array of sectors, including oil & gas, renewables, data centers, utilities, water treatment, highways, bridges, retail and commercial developments, airports, industrial facilities, security, transportation, healthcare, high-rise buildings, theme parks, and district cooling.
We have been involved in major projects valued between USD 260 million and USD 3.3 billion, working under FIDIC, modified FIDIC, and bespoke contract frameworks. Our consulting portfolio includes the preparation and management of claims related to prolongation, disruption, change management, overheads, financing, and loss of profit. We are also experienced in drafting contentious contractual correspondence, and advising clients on commercial risk, dispute avoidance, and resolution strategies.
